Control of ochre dermatitis with aminaphtone in an adolescent

چکیده
The aim of this manuscript is to report the case a 22-year-old adolescent who presented with brownish patches on skin her lower legs persistent since age eleven years. She was treated by dermatologist twelve years clinical diagnosis ochre dermatitis confirmed biopsy. patient for two without success and sent vascular surgeon at fourteen age. confirmed, venous duplex scan discarded possibility macrocirculation abnormality. aminaphtone normalization years, after which returned were controlled again same medication. As may be associated capillary fragility, use therapeutic option. Key words: Ochre Dermatitis; Hyperpigmentation; Capillary Fragility; Aminaphtone; Adolescent
